About the Role
Join AFC Wimbledon and Aramark as a Casual Chef for the 2026/2027 season, creating exceptional culinary experiences at matchdays and events.
Responsibilities
- Manage your designated kitchen section, ensuring dishes are produced and presented to the highest standard
- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu execution and special requests
- Maintain organisation, cleanliness, and efficiency in your section
- Mentor and support junior team members where required
- Consistently adhere to food safety and hygiene procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in a busy kitchen, ideally in professional catering, hospitality, or event environment
- Expertise in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain consistency and quality under pressure
- A genuine passion for food and a commitment to culinary excellence
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
