About the Role

The Analyst, Investment Operations provides support across a range of capital markets and investment operations activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to how institutional investment processes are executed and supported, with opportunities to contribute to operational workflows, projects, and process improvements. The Analyst will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, gaining experience across multiple areas while developing technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day Investment Operations functions across capital markets, including derivatives trade documentation, trade capture of capital market instruments, settlement, and treasury management.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, documenting workflows and identifying opportunities for efficiency and control enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain clear and comprehensive process documentation and procedures.
  • Assist in testing and supporting business processes for new investment products and strategies.
  • Conduct research and maintain spreadsheets and databases.
  • Undertake additional tasks and projects supporting team priorities and learning.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with data and technology.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curious, eager to learn, and comfortable working with different teams.

  • Willingness to assume other responsibilities as required.
