About the Role
Join a multidisciplinary team focused on exploring and implementing generative AI to enhance gameplay experiences. This role involves testing new concepts with players and empowering creators to design more dynamic and immersive interactions, potentially leading to features previously impossible to achieve.
Responsibilities
- Identify objectives based on design specifications and player data analysis, defining evaluation protocols.
- Design prototypes and train models to meet identified objectives.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers to transfer prototypes and define integration success criteria.
- Work with designers to analyze AI behavior and identify game improvement opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for experimentation and innovation.
- Communicate work and results clearly and educationally to diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Significant prior experience as a Data Scientist, including projects on interactive products (games, apps, real-time systems).
- Proficiency in Python and either Tensorflow or PyTorch.
- Strong foundation in statistics and evaluation methods (exploratory analysis, statistical tests, A/B testing).
- Comfortable analyzing complex, sequential data from interactive systems.
- Good knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to translate client needs into specifications.
- Demonstrated autonomy and curiosity, with a genuine interest in video games.
- Fluent English for written and oral communication with international colleagues.
