About the Role
The Senior Analyst, Engagement Analytics will be a founding member of a new team focused on understanding and improving mid and lower-funnel conversion performance. This role requires building analytical infrastructure and delivering insights to understand member conversion journeys, operating at both detailed measurement and strategic recommendation levels.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end measurement of mid and lower funnel conversion, from member identification through provider selection, scheduling, and case completion.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for clear visibility into conversion rates, drop-off points, and performance trends.
- Identify and quantify reasons for member drop-off in the funnel and surface root causes.
- Develop conversion benchmarks and targets across segments, cohorts, and channels.
- Build attribution frameworks connecting operational interventions to conversion outcomes.
- Analyze the performance of member services agents and care coordinators, developing productivity metrics and real-time monitoring.
- Partner to define KPIs and build reporting infrastructure to track them.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, structured recommendations for operational and executive audiences.
- Respond to ad hoc analytical requests with speed and accuracy.
- Document methodologies, definitions, and data sources.
- Leverage AI tools to automate recurring reporting tasks, identify anomalies, and accelerate analytical output production.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytics role with a focus on funnel, conversion, or operations performance.
- Strong SQL skills for complex queries and navigating large relational datasets.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or a similar BI tool for dashboard creation.
- Experience with Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proven ability to define measurement frameworks from scratch.
- Strong communication skills to explain analytical findings clearly to operational stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM data (Salesforce or similar) and connecting CRM events to analytical outcomes.
- Background in attribution modeling or multi-touch analysis.
- Experience working in an early-stage or newly formed team.
- Comfort leveraging AI-assisted tools to drive personal efficiency and identify opportunities to automate manual processes.
