Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, test, and release software solutions.
• Integrate observability features by collaborating with customer teams.
• Plan timelines and implement configuration and performance changes across Observability Collection systems.
• Debug and resolve software defects by screening, prioritizing, and implementing fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and develop project plans.
• Utilize Mosaic and Monstor systems and data center knowledge to meet customer needs.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to team standards.
• Leverage specialized knowledge of the Mosaic Agent system.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
• 5 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• 3 years of experience designing and developing backend services and APIs using Go or Java.
• 3 years of experience deploying and operating containerized applications in Kubernetes-based production environments.
• 3 years of experience designing and integrating high-performance service communication interfaces using HTTP/HTTPS or gRPC.
• 3 years of experience implementing system and application observability solutions using Prometheus.
• 3 years of experience configuring and managing Grafana for visualization and alerting.
• 3 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining relational and non-relational databases like PostgreSQL or AWS DynamoDB.
• 3 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting distributed systems.
• 3 years of experience supporting production systems running on Linux-based operating systems.
