About the Role
As a Consulting Manager, you will be responsible for delivering client projects or programmes, contributing to client and organizational objectives, and providing leadership to junior colleagues and project teams within Clarity Consulting.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery of high-quality, value-driven outcomes.
- Manage client relationships while supporting business development, including identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals.
- Oversee project governance, risks, and issues, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
- Lead and develop project teams, including line management and performance support for Consultants/Senior Consultants.
- Take ownership of deliverables, maintaining confidentiality, professional integrity, and contributing to wider business initiatives and events.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading change delivery or healthcare projects, with strong knowledge of relevant methodologies.
- Ability to lead projects end-to-end, building effective teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and develop practical, evidence-based solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to navigate fast-paced environments, shifting priorities, and support others effectively.
