About the Role
As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact work for clients and supporting the development of the business. You will lead complex programmes, shape strategy, and work closely with senior stakeholders to drive lasting change within the health and care sector.
Responsibilities

- Experience leading complex change within health and care, with clear, demonstrable impact
- Strong programme and stakeholder management capability, with the confidence to influence at senior levels
- Ability to analyse complex problems and develop pragmatic, evidence-based solutions
- Commercial mindset, with an interest in supporting business development
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences
- A collaborative and adaptable approach, comfortable working in fast-paced environments
