About the Role
Villa Restaurant Group is looking for a dedicated and motivated Hourly Assistant Manager to join our team. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and support team members to ensure high-quality service
- Train and develop employees to meet company standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies
- Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant environment
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns professionally
- Lead by example with a hands-on approach and positive attitude
Requirements
- 1+ years of restaurant supervisory or management experience (quick service preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
