About the Role
This role is responsible for managing sample requests and ensuring all LOVE CORN send-outs are packed, organized, and delivered on time. It's a varied position perfect for someone who enjoys organization and supporting the team behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sample request tracker and keep it updated.
- Organize and send out samples, VIP boxes, and special requests.
- Create shipping labels and book deliveries with courier partners.
- Respond to sample request emails and ensure nothing is missed.
- Track deliveries and share tracking information with the team.
- Write handwritten notes and add special touches to send-outs.
- Build boxes and ensure all send-outs are neat, complete, and on-brand.
- Receive stock deliveries and put products away.
- Update the stock tracker and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Perform regular stock counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and navigable storage locker.
- Arrange courier collections and resolve delivery issues.
- Support events and activations.
- Assist the team with various tasks as needed.
