About the Role

We are building a Canada-wide talent pipeline of experienced Project Managers to support healthcare IT and digital transformation initiatives, including enterprise system implementations, ERP programs, and clinical application deployments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning through execution and closure
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage project scope, budgets, and schedules
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executive leadership and steering committees
  • Drive project communication plans, status reporting, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Lead issue resolution, change management, and escalation processes
  • Support ERP and healthcare system implementations, upgrades, or optimizations
  • Ensure successful client onboarding, adoption, and project transition
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and client value expansion

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in consulting or professional services
  • Proven experience delivering medium to large healthcare IT or hospital information system projects
  • Experience with ERP systems, clinical applications, or interoperability solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management experience with executive leaders and steering committees
  • Experience managing full project lifecycle delivery
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
