About the Role
We are building a Canada-wide talent pipeline of experienced Project Managers to support healthcare IT and digital transformation initiatives, including enterprise system implementations, ERP programs, and clinical application deployments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from planning through execution and closure
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage project scope, budgets, and schedules
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executive leadership and steering committees
- Drive project communication plans, status reporting, and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead issue resolution, change management, and escalation processes
- Support ERP and healthcare system implementations, upgrades, or optimizations
- Ensure successful client onboarding, adoption, and project transition
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and client value expansion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in consulting or professional services
- Proven experience delivering medium to large healthcare IT or hospital information system projects
- Experience with ERP systems, clinical applications, or interoperability solutions
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive leaders and steering committees
- Experience managing full project lifecycle delivery
- Ability to travel up to 25%
