About the Role

As part of the Global Learning & Development team, you will gain comprehensive insights into central HR processes and actively contribute to our international learning landscape. You will coordinate recurring HR and learning processes in Workday, manage license for learning platforms, and support the organization and execution of leadership development measures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recurring HR and learning processes in Workday, such as learning budgets and performance reviews.
• Manage learning platforms (LinkedIn Learning and Babbel), including license management, communication with learners, and tracking of learning activities.
• Support the organization and execution of leadership development measures, from participant administration to success monitoring.
• Create reports and analyses, maintain data, and support evaluations of learning measures.
• Plan and publish learning content via internal communication channels.
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Global Learning & Development team.

Requirements

• Currently studying Psychology, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
• Interest in Learning & Development, Talent Management, and modern HR topics.
• Structured, reliable, and meticulous work approach.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Quickly learn new tools and systems like Workday due to strong technical affinity.
• Organizational talent and ability to coordinate multiple topics simultaneously.
• Very good German and English language skills.
