About the Role
TA Europe is seeking motivated individuals to join their multinational team and set new standards in project management. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects and contribute to the growth of a leading consulting firm.
Responsibilities
- Lead assignments and projects in project and cost management for various asset classes (office, residential, commercial real estate, or mixed-use).
- Develop and deliver customized project management solutions.
- Coordinate project teams and delegate tasks.
- Participate in proposal preparation, including fee and effort calculations.
- Collaborate closely with investors, actively expand client relationships, and contribute to the development of TA Europe as a leading consulting company.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Project Management, Cost Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Engineering, or a comparable technical/economic qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management within Real Estate or in a consulting role as a Project Manager or Project Controller.
- Ability to abstract complex technical contexts and communicate them to clients, including appropriate solutions.
- Communicative, diplomatic, and assertive working style with a clear focus on results and high service orientation.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- Enjoy working in an international team with offices domestically and abroad.
