About the Role

As a Server Software Engineer, you will design and implement core backend solutions impacting business growth and partner onboarding. You will work in a collaborative environment, leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate development velocity while securing digital identities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic third-party partner integrations and AI-assisted tools.
• Collaborate with product, project, and quality engineering teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Modernize legacy server-side systems for identity management and user provisioning.
• Participate in cross-team initiatives to improve engineering efficiency and culture.
• Mentor team members and share technical knowledge through documentation.
• Participate in technical design discussions to define optimal solutions.
• Implement end-to-end backend projects including coding, testing, and deployment.
• Utilize AI coding platforms to streamline the development lifecycle.
• Monitor cloud applications and manage KTLO tasks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of backend application development experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or equivalent cloud infrastructure.
• Experience working in agile product development teams.
• Ability to write, deploy, test, and monitor cloud applications.
• Strong commitment to application quality and security.
• AI fluency and comfort leveraging AI tools for engineering tasks.
• Fluent in English.
