About the Role

Rumble Cloud is building a modern cloud platform on OpenStack, Ceph, and Kubernetes. As a Project Manager (Cloud / Infrastructure), you will orchestrate day-to-day execution across engineering, security, and compliance teams, ensuring projects are delivered reliably while managing risks and controls.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, prioritize, and track work across core infrastructure teams, focusing on Cloud Engineering.
  • Maintain clear backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery plans for infrastructure and cloud workstreams.
  • Integrate security and compliance activities into engineering planning cycles, coordinating audit activities.
  • Track security KPIs/SLAs such as vulnerability remediation, patch cadence, and control exceptions.
  • Serve as the primary program management interface between infrastructure/cloud teams and adjacent functions.
  • Partner with team members on audit, risk, and control status.
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies across IaaS, SaaS, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code initiatives.
  • Ensure sequencing and ownership are clear and visible for cross-team dependencies.
  • Refine program management tooling, templates, and processes to improve delivery predictability.
  • Support planning and execution for major infrastructure and cloud projects.
  • Drive timelines, status reporting, and risk/issue mitigation for projects.
  • Maintain documentation of program plans, decisions, risks, and control mappings in specified tools.
  • Influence outcomes across engineering, security, and compliance teams without direct authority.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a program or project manager supporting infrastructure, platform, or cloud engineering teams.
  • Strong working understanding of cloud and infrastructure operations, including IaaS, SaaS, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
  • Proven track record integrating security, risk, and compliance activities into engineering delivery.
  • Hands-on audit coordination experience, including evidence collection and finding remediation.
  • Proficiency with program management tooling such as Jira, GitHub/GitLab Issues, Confluence, or Notion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational capabilities across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Ability to influence outcomes across teams without direct authority, using structured communication and follow-through.

Salary/Compensations

  • $125,000 - $150,000 USD base + benefits + equity (If based in the United States)
  • $118,000 - $133,000 CAD base + benefits + equity (If based in Canada)
