About the Role

STARK is revolutionizing autonomous systems deployment. The Mission Simulation team creates high-fidelity, Software-in-the-Loop simulators for rigorous testing, high-stakes demos, and tactical training, simulating combat reality to ensure safe soldier training.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed, dynamic virtual environments using VBS4 Editor and VBS Geo, incorporating static and moving targets and realistic operational conditions.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to assess training needs and translate operational briefs into targeted mission profiles.
• Coordinate with project teams to embed and configure proprietary unmanned vehicles and loitering munitions into tactical scenarios.
• Develop structured, multi-stage training missions that build upon each other conceptually.
• Playtest and validate created scenarios for stability and tactical realism, and provide support during live training sessions.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in VBS4/Arma mission design, including scenario creation, mission design, and scripting.
• Strong understanding of trigger conditions, event chains, and tactical scenario scripting.
• Deep familiarity with sandbox engine logic and behavior trees.
• Solid grasp of military tactics, doctrinal procedures, and operational decision-making.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain the appropriate security clearance.
