About the Role
Are you a seasoned Content Designer (m/f/d) with a passion for creating compelling, user-centered content that enhances fitness experiences? Responsibilities
- Implement and validate content strategies while crafting clear, engaging content that enhances user experiences across digital platforms
- Partner with Product Design, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to integrate content throughout the design process, from wireframes to final experiences
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and continuously improve content through data-driven decisions
- Maintain EGYM's content style guide, apply brand voice and tone consistently, and create content with localization, translation, and accessibility requirements in mind
- Drive operational excellence by creating scalable content workflows, self-service tools, and streamlined handoff processes for cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, align on content needs, and communicate content strategies and decisions
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in UX writing or content design
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Proven experience developing customer-centric content strategies for B2B and B2B2C products
- Ability to spot inconsistencies, gaps, and opportunities that strengthen the overall product experience
- Strong affinity for sports, fitness, and longevity, with a deep understanding of the industry's language and terminology
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Experience using user research and usability testing to inform content decisions
- Proficient with content management systems, Figma, Miro, and AI-powered support tools
- Professional fluency in English
- German, French, or additional languages are a significant plus
