About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Growth with deep experience in aggressive paid media scaling and efficiently managing Meta spend at volume. You will own growth strategy, lead a team, and provide senior client guidance to unlock scale.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively and efficiently scale Meta accounts to six figures per day when unit economics support it.
• Develop full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta, Google, and TikTok, prioritizing where to push spend and protect margin.
• Diagnose performance issues at the creative, audience, offer, landing page, or checkout level, and prioritize fixes.
• Lead creative strategy, understanding that creative is the primary lever at scale and forming strong opinions on winning concepts.
• Manage senior client relationships with high-growth DTC brands, including presenting reset strategies, defending scaling decisions, and balancing short-term efficiency with long-term growth.
• Develop junior analysts and strategists into strong, independent operators.

Requirements

• Demonstrable track record of scaling Meta accounts beyond $100k/day, including detailing the process, challenges, and solutions.
• 6–10 years in paid digital advertising, with significant experience managing large Meta budgets for DTC e-commerce brands.
• Deep structural understanding of Meta's algorithm, including creative fatigue, cost control interactions, audience saturation, CPM dynamics, and efficient scaling campaign architecture.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions quickly and take accountability for outcomes.
• Clear and direct communication style with clients, leadership, and team members, even when delivering difficult news.
