About the Role

As a Salesperson (m/f/d) in the Flex Team, you will be the first point of contact in the branch, ensuring a positive customer experience in sales and service.

Responsibilities

• Start with structured onboarding in the Flex Team
• Deployment at changing ATU locations in the regional area
• Advise customers in sales and consultations
• Operate the cash register and handle complaints
• Schedule workshop appointments
• Maintain and present the sales area (merchandise presentation)
• Receive, store goods, and support in the warehouse area
• Flexible deployment at ATU locations within a radius of approx. 50-200 km (by agreement)
• 5-day week (Mon-Sat) with early and late shifts in a two-shift system

Requirements

• Experience in retail / sales (e.g., as a sales assistant, specialist salesperson, customer advisor, sales advisor)
• Interest in the automotive industry or DIY store environment
• Motivation to familiarize yourself with new products and processes
• Physically fit (standing and walking up to 8 hours/day)
• Driver's license (Class B) in Germany
• Independent organization of routes and travel times
• Willingness for occasional overnight stays away from home
