About the Role
As a Junior Brand Concept Designer / PowerPoint Presentation Artist, you will ensure high-quality concepts and presentations and proactively drive assigned marketing projects. Your daily routine involves transforming facts, statements, and content into powerful concepts with outstanding layouts and intuitive PowerPoint designs. You will also manifest creative designs that set standards for the image of local and global clients.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality, creative, and visually compelling brand activation concepts and presentations that translate ideas into strong visual narratives.
- Transform existing content into well-structured, modern, and design-led PowerPoint presentations that enhance clarity, storytelling, and impact.
- Develop and maintain presentation templates, master slides, and design systems to ensure consistent and professional brand communication across all internal and external materials.
- Design, produce, and continuously update presentations for a wide range of internal and client-facing usage.
- Independently manage assigned tasks / project parts while ensuring transparent communication and alignment with the Director of Brand Concepts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communication design or graphic design.
- 1-2 years of work experience in design or conceptual planning, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills are a must.
- Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) is an advantage.
- A strong eye for design and attention to detail.
- German: native/excellent; English: very good.
- Passionate about working in an international and fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
