About the Role

Taptap Send is establishing a new institutional payments division, offering its extensive emerging market payment infrastructure to institutional clients including crypto exchanges, fintechs, MTOs, and corporate treasury teams. This role is an early commercial hire within this new business unit.

Responsibilities

  • Source and close new institutional partnerships across crypto, fintech, and payments
  • Manage the full business development cycle, including outreach, qualification, commercial negotiation, and onboarding handoff
  • Represent Taptap Send at industry events and build brand presence in target segments
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate client needs into product and corridor priorities
  • Maintain a clean pipeline and report directly to senior leadership

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in business development, partnerships, or sales within the payments, crypto, or FX industries
  • Possess an existing network across crypto exchanges, MTOs, or emerging market fintechs
  • Comfortable selling a technical product to sophisticated buyers, including treasury teams, CFOs, and heads of payments
  • Organized, self-directed, and capable of working effectively without extensive support
