About the Role
Provide general and administrative support to Partners and Investment Managers/Assistants, ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely completion of client-related, administrative, and organizational tasks to deliver a first-class client service.
Responsibilities
- Collate and distribute account opening packs, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.
- Monitor account opening and asset/cash transfer progress to meet client service standards and inform relevant parties.
- Assist Investment Assistants with regular and ad-hoc client information, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of documents and reports.
- Resolve client queries regarding portfolios or account opening.
- Ensure correspondence and reporting are clear, technically accurate, and tailored to the client's understanding.
- Prepare internal management information, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client records.
- Liaise with colleagues in other departments, platforms, and external custodians.
- Obtain information from external custodians and providers for clients and their advisors.
- Monitor and address email queries and requests.
- Utilize internal and external systems and information feeds proficiently.
- Assist with LGT Lombard Lending account opening and credit documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks for the team as required.
- Attend forums to stay updated on business and industry knowledge.
- Manage team diaries and book meetings.
- Process expenses as requested.
