About the Role
SAP helps improve the world by influencing over 20 industries and 80% of worldwide trade. This role supports the Regional Director and the Leadership Team of Customer Success MEE in business transformation management, focusing on SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX solutions. It involves managing projects, analyzing team metrics using CRM software and AI, and developing customer success resources.
Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Director and the Leadership Team of Customer Success MEE in SAP Business Transformation Management, including SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX solutions in daily business.
- Support long-term strategies for improving customer impact, results, processes, and best practices.
- Manage own projects to support the regional team.
- Create, prepare, and analyze reports on team metrics using CRM software and AI functions.
- Work on customer success resources such as workshops and guidelines for better customer success.
Requirements
- Student (m/f/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in the first semester of a Master's program.
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Innovation and Digital Business and Management.
- Computer skills: Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products and AI functions.
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English.
- Soft skills: Take initiative, team player, organizational expert, creative, remain curious, work persistently, enjoy working on meaningful innovative projects, and be motivated by lifelong learning.
- Other: Initial experience in customer-oriented areas and roles, ideally in the post-sales phase, sophisticated business understanding, and understanding of underlying drivers/strategies of customer business, project management skills.
