About the Role

The Head of Hospitality Sales is responsible for driving new business and revenue growth for Indeed Flex across the UK hospitality sector. Responsibilities

  • Own and grow Indeed Flex's hospitality network across London and nationally.
  • Represent Indeed Flex at industry events, trade associations, hospitality forums, and client-facing networking opportunities.

  • Provide market intelligence on pricing, positioning, and competitors to inform sector strategy.
  • Identify and target national, regional, and multi-site hospitality employers aligned to Indeed Flex's growth priorities.
  • Develop and execute strategic outbound plans to penetrate priority accounts.
  • Lead discovery conversations with senior stakeholders and translate workforce challenges into commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate and close contracts, maintaining a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
  • Convert qualified opportunities into long-term revenue partnerships.
  • Build and maintain a high-value pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
  • Accurately forecast performance and deal progression.
  • Ensure strong CRM discipline and opportunity hygiene (Salesforce preferred).
  • Meet and surpass assigned revenue targets and performance benchmarks.
  • Maintain a strong focus on GP and margin over GMV.
  • Work closely with internal teams (operations, client success, marketing, and Indeed partnership teams).
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance deal probability and ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Support the wider sales team with hospitality sector insight and introductions where relevant.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in new business sales or business development within hospitality, staffing, or recruitment.
  • Deep experience across at least two of: recruitment/staffing sales, contract catering, and premium hospitality venues (hotels, fine dining, members' clubs, events, etc.).
  • Established London hospitality network with the ability to open doors and generate warm introductions.
  • Experience selling into multi-site or national hospitality operators.
  • Strong outbound prospecting and account penetration skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Executive-level credibility - comfortable engaging senior decision-makers face to face.
  • Data-driven pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Strong CRM discipline and IT literacy (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Highly proactive and resilient with a strong ownership mentality.
  • Sector ambassador - credible, well-connected, and passionate about hospitality.
  • Structured and disciplined in managing sales activity.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Strong communicator with executive-level credibility.
  • Motivated by growth, impact, and measurable outcomes.
