About the Role

Contribute to the success of the organization by utilizing sales techniques to convert prospective owners into purchasers and reload existing owners. Build lasting relationships, customize sales experiences, and manage the contract process to ensure accuracy and owner satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and follow up on referrals and leads to develop relationships with prospective owners.
• Customize sales presentations based on individual needs and preferences discovered through layered questioning.
• Conduct property and model tours to explain product features, advantages, and benefits.
• Complete and close sales contracts, ensuring all legal paperwork is signed and notarized.
• Maintain customer relationships post-sale to ensure satisfaction and develop future business opportunities.
• Monitor contract processing to minimize rescissions and ensure timely closings.
• Review loan applications and financial documents with customers.
• Influence Legacy and Every Other Year owners to enroll, upgrade, and maximize reload opportunities.
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Attend daily team meetings, training sessions, and guest appointments.
• Mentor other Sales/Membership Executives as requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in English.
• Active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
