About the Role

This role involves maintaining and installing advanced scientific instruments like electron microscopes, contributing to advancements in materials science and electronic devices.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting for electron microscopes, X-ray photoelectron spectrometers, and electrical failure analysis equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Replace consumables and address hardware and software issues.
- Participate in the installation of new equipment, including specification review and on-site layout planning with the sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve technical issues, with support from a central service center and team members for complex cases.
Requirements
- University, junior college, technical college, or vocational school graduate.
- Background in a science or engineering field.
- Experience in service engineering or mechanical maintenance and management is preferred.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, and network connectivity for devices.
- Experience in the semiconductor and semiconductor manufacturing equipment industry is a plus.
- Willingness to learn technical English, as product manuals are in English.
- Ability to work independently on smaller tasks and collaboratively in teams for larger projects.
