Responsibilities

Ensure all company KPIs are achieved and exceeded
Conduct reviews of both new and used car operations including regular stock reviews, site displays and online/offline activity
Ensure AMG, legislative and FCA compliance including auditing of deal files as per requirements
Exceed high customer service experience levels across all departments
Work with key stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed by required deadlines

Requirements

Sales management experience from a franchised dealership
Previous experience managing and motivating a sales department
A strong awareness in financial compliance
Full UK driving licence
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Fantastic stakeholder management skills
Analytical approach to problem solving
