About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager for Insights, you will own the personalised health layer that transforms patient data into actionable progress and insights. You will lead a cross-functional team to shape strategy, prioritise the roadmap, and drive engagement and retention, ultimately helping patients achieve long-term health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Shape and evolve the roadmap and delivery of progress trackers and insight moments.
- Design experiences that drive engagement, habit formation, and long-term retention through thoughtful UX and personalisation.
- Own engagement and retention metrics, connecting product decisions to health outcomes and commercial impact.
- Partner with design and clinicians to ensure insights are intuitive, trustworthy, and high-quality.
- Collaborate across functions including clinicians, data, design, and engineering to deliver cohesive outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, professional services, or high-growth startup environments.
- Proven ownership of consumer-facing, high-engagement product domains.
- Strong first-principles problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Demonstrated commercial and analytical rigour with a focus on measurable outcomes.
- Strong product sense with empathy for user experience and design.
- Ability to influence without authority and build credibility across teams and stakeholders.
