- Design patient experiences that drive engagement, habit formation, and long-term retention through thoughtful UX, personalization, and moments of delight.
- Own key engagement and retention metrics, connecting product decisions to real health outcomes and commercial impact using data and patient insights.
- Partner closely with design and clinicians to set a high standard for quality, ensuring insights are intuitive, trustworthy, and distinctly Juniper.
- Align clinicians, data, design, and engineering teams, and partner with senior stakeholders to unblock execution and deliver cohesive end-to-end outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience across Product Management with ownership of consumer-facing, high-engagement product domains, Professional Services (e.g., top-tier management consultancies, legal firms), or other roles within a high-growth startup or founding your own startup.
- High-agency individual with first-principles problem-solving ability, able to break down ambiguous problems, build strategy, and take ideas to impact.
- Commercial and analytical rigor, with a focus on measurable outcomes and the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative signals.
- Strong product sense with empathy for user experience, distinguishing between functional and delightful features.
