About the Role
Work directly with the Founder's Associate to execute high-impact initiatives across the company, owning real projects across operations, fundraising, HR, marketing, and team culture. Gain a front-row view of how an early-stage HealthTech startup is built and scaled.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founder's Associate on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and decks for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic and commercial decisions.
- Support the development and implementation of scalable internal processes.
- Support fundraising efforts by helping build and refine pitch decks, investor newsletters, and data room materials.
- Help maintain the investor pipeline and tracker, and coordinate scheduling with VCs and investors.
- Support finance and operational tasks such as budget tracking and basic modeling for investor and board updates.
- Support hiring and onboarding processes that help shape our company culture.
- Keep the office running day-to-day, including ordering team drinks and snacks.
- Plan internal team events, roundtables, and other culture initiatives.
- Support marketing execution by maintaining the LinkedIn page and website.
- Coordinate conference materials, including flyers, print, giveaways, and on-site logistics.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's at a strong university, ideally in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Prior full-time internship or work experience in investment banking, private equity, top-tier consulting, or a high growth startup.
- Strong slide-building and Excel skills to synthesize and present information to investors and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and resilient, with strong time management skills and a genuine interest in startups and healthcare.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, creative approach to complex problems.
- Team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across functions and departments.
