About the Role

The Responsible GenAI squad drives the development and implementation of Generative AI solutions that enable the client to apply AI effectively in practice. These solutions enhance the customer journey, streamline data processing, answer internal staff queries, and generate insights and reports to facilitate workflows. As Data Scientist, you will contribute to building, monitoring, and optimizing the performance of GenAI solutions across diverse use cases within our client.

Responsibilities

Work directly with (internal) customers to learn how processes and systems work
Be accountable for building responsible and cost-effective GenAI solutions for millions of customers
Enable the performance and monitoring of reusable GenAI building blocks that can be used by 100+ tech teams
Design and build responsible and cost-effective GenAI solutions
Collaborate with team members to solve critical or complex problems
Design and build responsible GenAI via performance monitoring, red teaming, and evaluating GenAI models for fairness and bias
Contribute to building, monitoring, and optimizing the performance of GenAI solutions
Join forces with peers, experts, and stakeholders to provide business value to our client's customers

Requirements

At least 5 or more years of experience working as a Data Scientist
Strong programming skills (software engineering experience is a plus)
Proficient in Python
Solid understanding of NLP and LLMs
Experience in building Generative AI applications
