About the Role
This role is critical in driving delivery across complex workstreams within a high-profile transformation programme for a global insurance organisation.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of delivery across key programme components
- Ensure alignment between business and technology teams
- Manage risk and drive successful outcomes in a dynamic environment
- Lead the delivery of insurance transformation projects, with a focus on core systems implementation
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and governance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, vendors, and third parties
- Provide clear reporting, risk management, and escalation handling
- Ensure alignment to programme objectives and regulatory requirements
- Drive stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organisation
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering insurance transformation projects
- Strong exposure to Guidewire or IDIT platforms (IDIT preferred)
- Experience managing complex, multi-stream projects in an Agile or hybrid environment
- Strong understanding of insurance operations (Policy, Claims, Billing)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working on large-scale system implementations or migrations
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Background in consulting or working with system integrators
