About the Role

Seeking a passionate and reliable Certificate III qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team on a casual or permanent part-time basis. You will support the delivery of high-quality education and care, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children. This role requires flexibility, a strong commitment to child safety, and the ability to work collaboratively with educators, children, and families.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of an approved learning framework (EYLF)
Provide nurturing, responsive, and respectful care to all children
Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and wellbeing
Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Follow all service policies and procedures at all times

Requirements

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
Valid Working With Children Check (NSW)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to child safe practices and professional conduct
National Child Safety Training (completed by 27 August 2026)
