About the Role
Seeking a passionate and reliable Certificate III qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team on a casual or permanent part-time basis. You will support the delivery of high-quality education and care, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children. This role requires flexibility, a strong commitment to child safety, and the ability to work collaboratively with educators, children, and families.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of an approved learning framework (EYLF)
- Provide nurturing, responsive, and respectful care to all children
- Supervise children at all times to ensure their safety and wellbeing
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Follow all service policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
- Valid Working With Children Check (NSW)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to child safe practices and professional conduct
- National Child Safety Training (completed by 27 August 2026)
