About the Role

As a Freezer Warehouse Operative, you will be part of a specialist team working in a high-performing freezer environment at temperatures as low as -25°C. Your safety and comfort are prioritized, with full thermal protective gear provided. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy an active role, working in a close-knit team, and do not mind a cooler climate.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure products are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or over.
• Must be able to handle Meat and Alcohol.
• Must be within a reasonable commute time from the site.
• Must be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions.

Salary/Compensations

• Hourly pay: £14.03 per hour (including freezer premium)
• Night Shift Premium: +£2.67 per hour (midnight to 6 AM)
• Overtime Pay: 1.25x basic rate
• Starting salary: £12.84 per hour (base pay shown — freezer premium added separately)
• Freezer premium + £1.00 per hour
• Night shift premium: + £2.67 per hour (12 am - 6 am).
• Overtime paid at 1.25x basic rate.
