About the Role

This post-sales role is within the technical sustainability team, focusing on customer support and management (70-80% of tasks). You will onboard new clients, act as a point of contact for questions and issues, interpret software results for clients, and serve as an internal liaison between sales, sustainability functions, and software engineers. You will also develop and manage tools for monitoring customer activities.

Responsibilities

Onboard new clients into our software
Support clients as a 'clearing house' for questions and issues related to product usage
Provide technical consulting to clients in the area of sustainability
Interpret software results (sustainability KPIs and content) for clients
Assist clients in making decisions for optimal use of our tools and services
Act as the internal interface between sales teams, the sustainability function, and software engineers
Develop and manage tools for monitoring customer activities and react to this monitoring

Requirements

Minimum of one year of experience in a similar function
Work experience with at least one of the following: GHG Protocol, GRI, DNK, Ecovadis
Native-level German language skills
Independent and customer-oriented work style
Structured and solution-oriented approach
Clear and confident communication skills
Motivation to independently learn new sustainability content
Proficient English language skills
