About the Role

Project Assistants are needed to support the preparation and execution of MSC 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to the Chairman.
  • Create written correspondence in German and English.
  • Arrange, prepare, and follow up on various appointments and bilateral discussions.
  • Support the coordination of the Chairman's travel.
  • Support the Chairman's calendar planning.
  • Assist in preparing the Chairman for the main conference.
  • Visitor support.
  • General office work.

Requirements

  • Interest in foreign and security policy, with very good knowledge of current world events.
  • Excellent organizational and improvisation skills.
  • Quick comprehension and meticulous work style.
  • High resilience and stress resistance.
  • Team spirit and reliability.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience in formulating precise texts in German and English.
