About the Role

Requirements
- 10+ years in software testing.
- Focus on test metrics, test planning, and governance.
- Exposure to the life insurance industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Jira, defect management tools, and agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring testing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
