About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager in our growing retail media arm, you will own a portfolio of supplier and brand relationships end-to-end. You will manage the full lifecycle from initial media conversations to campaign delivery, reporting, and renewal, while driving revenue growth and ensuring high-performance outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of pet brands and suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through regular catch-ups and quarterly business reviews.
- Develop tailored media plans across on-site, email, app, and off-site channels.
- Negotiate commercial packages and rates to ensure partner value and margin protection.
- Brief, book, traffic, and manage campaigns across various channels.
- Collaborate with trading, content, design, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality campaign launches.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance to proactively resolve issues.
- Create partner-ready reports that translate data into actionable insights like ROAS and sales lift.
- Lead post-campaign reviews to inform future recommendations.
- Manage and grow a revenue target, including accurate pipeline forecasting.
- Maintain accurate booking and revenue tracking in internal systems.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in account management, media sales, retail media, or digital advertising/agency roles.
- Proven track record of growing accounts and hitting revenue targets.
- Strong commercial instinct with experience in negotiation and forecasting.
- Solid understanding of digital media planning, delivery, and measurement.
- Ability to interpret performance data and communicate insights to non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously with high attention to detail.
