About the Role
The Regional On Premise Manager is responsible for implementing the national business plan within their assigned region, optimizing sales, brand presence, and awareness in the On Premise channel. This role involves leading a team to drive consumer marketing campaigns and grow brand relevance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the credible voice of On Premise for Red Bull, ensuring effective communication and knowledge transfer.
- Bring Red Bull's premium brand values to life and maintain image standards within the team.
- Build and maintain a strong, effective team, leading and coaching direct reports for increased productivity.
- Own the regional training plan, guaranteeing benchmark-level training and coaching for continuous team development.
- Continuously evaluate the On Premise team's skill level and adjust plans to meet targets.
- Spend sufficient time in the field with the team to evaluate progress and ensure continuous development.
- Develop and implement the regional On Premise business plan to meet company goals.
- Continuously evaluate execution through field time and KPI setting.
- Set up proper route planning for excellence in coverage and execution.
- Manage the team to drive horizontal and vertical growth.
- Stay close to market dynamics, secure and optimize existing execution, and identify new opportunities.
- Develop marketing strategies and concepts with the OPMM to increase product consumption.
- Ensure availability, premium On Premise activation, and High 5 excellence at events.
- Plan and develop the geographical area and team structure, including HR evaluation and allocation.
- Manage and optimize available team resources, such as budget and POS material.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of market research, KPIs, and reporting tools with an insight-to-action mentality.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of sales experience with a strong track record of success.
- 3–5 years of management experience.
- FMCG experience is a plus.
- Deep knowledge and strong network in the On Premise environment (nightlife, gastronomy, etc.).
- Strategic and innovative commercial awareness.
- Solid financial understanding.
- Highly developed analytical skills with the ability to translate market research and sales data into effective sales activation and marketing activities.
- Ability to adapt communication, presentation style, and professional appearance to different audiences and situations.
- Strong skills in presenting, negotiation, coaching, and active listening.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Inspiring, genuine 'can-do' attitude.
- Flexibility and willingness to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
- 10-20% travel required.
