About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to join our expanding Social Infrastructure design team in Dartford. This role is crucial for maintaining organisation and compliance within a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project documentation, including organising, storing, and distributing documents efficiently.
  • Administer the Document Management System (DMS), including setting up workflows, managing access, and ensuring data security.
  • Ensure compliance by maintaining records to meet company, client, and regulatory standards.
  • Support the project team with document formatting, templates, and best practices.
  • Monitor version control to ensure everyone works from the latest, most accurate documents.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in document control within construction, engineering, or similar industries.
  • Experience with EDMS, SharePoint, and Aconex is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in document management systems (Aconex, SharePoint, Asite) and MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
  • Strong ability to liaise with teams and troubleshoot document issues.
