About the Role

As a working student (20 hours/week, three days a week), you will be the first point of contact for employees, guests, and customers, acting professionally at the reception and on the phone. You will learn all processes and tasks in office management, including program maintenance, time tracking, cash reconciliation, and travel management. You will also support the HR department with administrative tasks, handle mail and emails, and assist with ordering processes and research.

Requirements

Working student status.
German language skills at B2 level or higher.
Good English language skills.
Solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet.
Good understanding of numbers.
