About the Role
This is a hands-on operational leadership role responsible for the planning, coordination and administration that keeps our programs running smoothly. You'll own key operational workstreams including program logistics, scheduling, stock and inventory management, school and venue partnerships, and the coordination of casual staff who support on-the-ground delivery. Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager and cross-functional teams, you'll help ensure every Code Camp program is delivered to a consistently high standard.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end operational planning for Code Camp programs nationwide
- Develop and maintain schedules, run sheets and logistics plans to support successful program delivery
- Ensure all operational requirements are in place ahead of program commencement
- Monitor program quality, analyse feedback and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Drive improvements to operational processes, systems and workflows
- Act as the primary HQ contact for schools and venue partners
- Coordinate event planning, scheduling and pre-program administration
- Manage contracts, invoicing and administrative documentation
- Resolve issues proactively while building strong long-term relationships
- Manage inventory tracking, stock takes, ordering and replenishment
- Forecast stock requirements ahead of upcoming programs
- Coordinate deliveries and supplier relationships to ensure programs are fully equipped
- Oversee casual staff responsible for stock movement and logistics execution
- Provide guidance and support to Events Coordinators and casual operational staff
- Coordinate rostering, onboarding and briefing of casual team members
- Act as an escalation point for operational issues and support successful event delivery
- Collaborate closely with Customer Support, Sales and Marketing teams
- Support operational reporting, planning and strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in an operations, logistics, events, program coordination or service delivery role
- Previous experience leading, coaching or coordinating others (formal leadership experience highly regarded)
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
