About the Role
The Data Entry Clerk will perform required data entry, data quality assurance, eCW date integrity verification, and clerical functions to support the Ryan Network Information Technology Department, in alignment with the mission and goals of Ryan Health.
Responsibilities
- Perform computerized data entry using AIRS, eCW, eSHARE, and other databases by processing source data.
- Compile and sort/filter information, review data for deficiencies, and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain logs and records of completed work.
- Verify and reconcile entered data, correct errors, and combine data from various sources.
- Purge records to eliminate duplication and identify synchronization discrepancies between databases.
- Produce automated reports of data entered for program monitoring as needed.
- Follow departmental policies and procedures, protecting data and patient confidentiality.
- Work as part of the Data team and provide backup to meet reporting deadlines.
- Attend departmental meetings.
- Immediately report any problems and unusual occurrences to supervisors.
- Demonstrate a professional, courteous, and respectful attitude towards patients and colleagues.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

- Familiarity with AIRS, eSHARE, and eClinicalWorks is a plus
