About the Role
As a Senior Salesforce Engineer at Zurich, you will play a key part in designing and delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions that support strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence, drive innovation, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration, helping to shape the future of customer and partner interactions.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, testing, and deploying customised Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
- Translating business requirements into scalable technical specifications.
- Reviewing code and ensuring adherence to best practices, security, and performance standards.
- Establishing and maintaining Salesforce development standards and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Mentoring junior developers and administrators, and fostering a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Flow.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Experience Cloud and integration with APIs and web services.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and development pipelines.
- Salesforce Developer certifications and tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field.
- Experience in financial services or insurance is highly regarded.
