About the Role
Join our team for a 12-month contract, supporting our Kensington and Kingsford early learning centres. You will provide professional customer service and administrative support, manage enrolments and family accounts, maintain accurate records and reporting, coordinate resources and supplies, and support children, families and staff in a collaborative and community-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with children, families and staff
- Manage enrolments, family accounts, invoicing, records and reporting
- Coordinate enquiries, centre tours and onboarding for new families
- Maintain accurate databases, documentation and administrative systems
- Support centre operations through resource coordination, communications and administrative assistance
Requirements
- Previous administration experience, desirably in childcare or community setting
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a relationship-focused approach
- High attention to detail, accuracy and confidence working with data, records and financial processes
- Proficient computer skills, with experience using childcare management systems and knowledge of CCS highly regarded
- Successful applicants will be subject to relevant pre-employment checks including Working with Children Check (NSW) or Working with Vulnerable People (ACT)
