About the Role
Anaplan is seeking an experienced and strategic Solution Consulting Manager to lead the Anaplan Pre-Sales team in Japan. This leadership role is ideal for a dynamic professional with extensive SaaS and enterprise sales experience, a deep understanding of business planning and performance management, and a proven track record of leading pre-sales teams in complex sales environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Japan market strategy for the solution consulting team, aligning with sales objectives, Anaplan's product capabilities, and enterprise customer needs.
- Oversee the development and delivery of impactful demos, prototypes, and value propositions that showcase Anaplan's ability to solve complex business challenges across finance, supply chain, and other planning areas.
- Engage key stakeholders at target customers and partners, including strategic GSIs, to directly impact Japan market business.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Anaplan-focused pre-sales solution consultants, ensuring continuous professional growth and skill development.
- Act as a change agent to rapidly transform the pre-sales organization at the same pace as the sales organization is transforming.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services teams to align pre-sales efforts with product innovation and customer success initiatives.
