About the Role
As a sterile goods assistant in our renowned dental practice, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest hygiene standards and the optimal processing of medical instruments.
Responsibilities
- Professional execution of sterilization of dental instruments according to current guidelines and standards
- Monitoring and control of sterilization processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintenance of accurate records of sterilized instruments, batch numbers, and expiry dates
- Creation of protocols for sterilization processes
- Responsibility for the regular maintenance and care of sterilization equipment
- Reporting of any malfunctions and cooperation with technical support
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant hygiene and safety regulations
- Participation in the improvement of practice hygiene
- Close cooperation with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow
- Training of staff
Requirements
- Completed training as a (dental) medical assistant (MFA/ZFA) or comparable qualification
- Experience in sterile goods processing, ideally in the field of dentistry
- Knowledge of relevant hygiene and sterilization guidelines
- Meticulous work approach and high attention to detail
- Teamwork skills and good communication skills
Education Level
- Completed training as a (dental) medical assistant (MFA/ZFA) or comparable qualification
