About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated social work professional for our Migration Center project to improve the living and housing situations of participants through empathy and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intensive relationship work
- Perform socio-pedagogical diagnostics
- Provide empowerment and self-help support
- Create and manage support plans and final reports
- Provide referral counseling
- Perform mobile social work as required
Requirements
- Degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy with state recognition preferred
- Degree in Curative, Rehabilitation, or Special Education with relevant knowledge
- Relevant university degrees (Diploma, Bachelor, Master, Magister Artium) with focus on social/curative pedagogy or youth welfare
- Pedagogues with one year of experience with the target group
- State-recognized educational professions with at least 640 hours of additional qualification
- State-recognized work educators with at least one year of experience with the target group within the last five years
- Empathy and professionalism when working with people in difficult life situations
