About the Role

Join the IIA Pricing Team as a Testing Analyst on a major transformation project modernizing systems and infrastructure. You will support pricing initiatives by implementing testing systems and strategies, validating inputs and outputs, and ensuring pricing algorithms and systems meet governance and regulatory standards. Your work will maintain data integrity, support pricing managers, and contribute to strategic pricing innovations.

Responsibilities

• Perform data testing, implementation testing, End to End testing and support.
• Debug systems and processes.
• Check the integrity of premium rates to ensure accuracy for customers.
• Provide guidance to other Analysts and collaborate with the wider team.

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills, including tracing and debugging formulas.
• Premium testing or data testing experience.
• Basic programming SQL.
• Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to interpret complex data and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
