About the Role
Mathnasium of Pacific Heights, SF is seeking passionate individuals to join their team as Instructors. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to impact K-12 students' lives through math education, with consistent part-time hours, a supportive work culture, and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Teach in-center and/or online using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
Requirements
- Passion for math and working with students
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I
- All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency
