About the Role

As a Client Services Consultant, you will manage client relationships, connect clients with the right services, and support customer service functions. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing incoming calls, and ensuring seamless client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
  • Connect clients with appropriate services and supports, managing their journey from start to finish.
  • Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and resolve day-to-day service delivery queries.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to manage your caseload and meet KPIs.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate empathy, compassion and a genuine commitment to putting clients first in every interaction.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive, trust-based relationships with clients, families, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in customer service, a call centre environment and/or medical reception environments.
  • Strong administrative and outstanding customer service skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience working towards and achieving KPIs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is desirable.
